Publish and display troubleshooting
Use these checks when Save or Publish is unavailable, publishing takes longer than expected, or a banner does not appear on part of your store.
Save is disabled
- Make a change to the banner title or content.
- Complete any required fields shown with an error.
- If the banner includes a link, select a Shopify resource or enter a complete relative or absolute URL.
- Wait for file or image uploads to finish before saving.
Publish is disabled
- Save the latest changes first.
- Confirm that the banner has a valid title and content.
- Enable the Quicky app embed in the currently published theme.
- Return to the Quicky editor and refresh the page after enabling the app embed.
Saving or publishing takes too long
- Do not click Save repeatedly while a request is processing.
- Wait for image and font uploads to finish.
- Refresh the embedded app once and try again.
- If the request still fails, contact support with the banner name, store domain, approximate time, and a screenshot. These details help us locate the request quickly.
The banner is missing on specific pages
- Check Settings, then Targeting.
- Confirm that the affected page is included and is not matched by an exclusion.
- Compare the Shopify theme template used by a working page and the affected page.
- Confirm that the Quicky app block or app embed is enabled for that template.
- Test the exact storefront URL in a private browser window.
Still need help?
Contact Quicky support from the chat inside the app. Include the banner name, affected storefront URL, expected result, and a screenshot or short recording.
